Each morning, enjoy a dynamic and energizing Vinyasa flow practice to wake up body and mind.
These classes are designed to make your body move smoothly through different sequences and they could be a chance to challenge yourself.
In the evenings, you’ll be practicing a slow flow or Yin practice and Yoga Nidra to help you relax and unwind releasing physical and mental tension, with a special sound healing session.
The practices are open to all levels. Each class has a different focus, while meditation and pranayama are introduced and deepened as well.
The retreat’s aim is to let you reconnect to your heart’s inner wisdom, become more aware, more sensitive and more receptive to the beauty in your life.
